Services are provided according to the terms of the individual contract between the client and Conn Virtual Solutions.

3. Payments

  • Fees, payment schedule, and methods will be specified in your service contract.

  • Payment must be made according to the contract.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of work until payment is received.

  • Conn Virtual Solutions reserves the right to charge interest or take legal action for unpaid invoices.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Since all work is contract-based, cancellation or termination of services must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be assessed according to the terms of the contract and the work already completed.

  • Some services may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, documents, and materials created by Conn Virtual Solutions remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as agreed in the contract.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without permission prior to full payment.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Conn Virtual Solutions will treat all client information as confidential.

  • Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By engaging our services, you consent to this collection and use of your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Conn Virtual Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.

  • While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, we do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in the contract.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions and any service contracts are governed by the laws of Australia.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
