Ongoing Website Support

Your website shouldn’t become another task on your to do list. I handle updates, fixes and improvements so your site continues to support your business as it grows.

Support is provided on a monthly retainer basis, meaning time is reserved in my schedule exclusively for your business. If you have something that needs updating, editing or refining, simply send through your request and it will be scheduled and taken care of within your allocated hours.

Retainers require a minimum three month commitment and are billed monthly in advance. As time is allocated to ensure availability, hours do not roll over and the monthly fee applies regardless of usage.

Additional work outside your allocated hours is billed at the standard hourly rate.

Basic Support

For active websites with regular content changes.

  • Up to 4 hours per month

  • Regular blog or event uploads

  • Page updates or new sections within existing pages

  • Third-party integration adjustments

  • Priority response time
